Our next Talk and Drum Healing Jam Session takes place on Sunday 26 November 2023. Join us and have fun playing drums at this uniquely empowering interactive, hands-on session and experience its scientifically proven physical and emotional benefits. Expand your learning by partaking in our inner work segments which encourage us to explore and work through our emotions, thoughts, and habits. This is our safe space to indulge in the expression of acceptance, love, and self-care which leads to our healing.

We have a few spare drums that are available on a first come first served basis so come early to claim one if you do not have your own drum. If you have your own drum please bring it along to avoid disappointment.
